What you will do

• Act as the technical anchor for the Copenhagen Insight Scrum team.
• Define the technical direction and contribute to high-level architectural decisions.
• Develop high-quality backend and frontend software on the Insight platform.
• Write feature requirement specifications and coordinate with parallel teams.
• Mentor and invest in the growth of team members.
• Contribute directly to the development of AI features.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience as a Software Engineer, moving into a lead or architect role.
• Strong proficiency in Java (backend) and Angular (frontend).
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Required: Clean criminal record and residency in a NATO/EU country for the last 7 years.
