What you will do

• Support project management processes, including planning, execution, resource management, change management, risk and issue management, and stakeholder management with appropriate guidance.
• Ensure assigned projects and programs are well-controlled and follow defined standards and governance.
• Collaborate with the PMO to understand and adhere to mandatory governance standards.
• Accurately escalate and communicate risks and issues to the project manager as appropriate.
• Provide critical data support, including budget tracking, financial forecasting, project evaluation, monitoring, and risk/issue tracking.
• Keep client and consumer outcomes at the center of operational activities.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of project management fundamentals: planning, execution, resource management, change management, risk and issue management, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with governance standards and methodologies.
• Ability to deliver data support, including budget tracking, financial forecasting, project evaluation, and monitoring.
• Strong communication skills, including advice to stakeholders and effective escalation of risks/issues.
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Confidence with common project management tools (experience with MSP, ServiceNow, Power BI, Jira is desirable but not essential).
