What you will do
- Empower your team to proactively identify and solve delivery bottlenecks.
- Ensure your team masters ’s technical functionality and can translate requirements into high-value business outcomes.
- Work alongside Sales to position ’s services as a competitive advantage, leading the scoping and selling of enterprise-grade engagements.
- Act as the ultimate unblocker for your team, navigating risks, and managing regional resource capacity.
- Adapt ’s methodology to the diverse business cultures within the EMEA region.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in professional services or management consulting, with at least 2 years in a formal people leadership or "team lead" capacity.
- A proven track record of leading complex software rollouts within large enterprise organizations.
- Expertise in Organizational Change Management and project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Strong experience in Business Process Mapping and translating technical requirements into executive-level value propositions.
- A "customer-first" mindset and a genuine passion for improving how teams work.
Nice to have
- Prior experience at a Tier 1 consulting firm or a high-growth SaaS provider.
- Certifications: PROSCI, PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma.
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with REST APIs, BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI), or middleware like Workato/Make to discuss automation and integrations.
- Multilingualism: Fluency in a second European language (German or French is a plus).
