What you will do
- Manage onboarding programs from deal close through deployment, ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones.
- Coordinate the Sales-to-Customer Success handover process, ensuring complete knowledge transfer and data capture.
- Maintain project plans, task tracking, and status reporting within Salesforce and collaboration tools.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Customer Success, Technical Delivery, Sales, Product, and Support teams.
- Develop and standardize onboarding workflows, playbooks, and documentation to improve scalability and customer adoption.
- Support Customer Success Managers with dashboard management, health checks, and voice-of-customer reporting.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based within 45 miles of Dublin, Ireland for hybrid work requirements.
- 2–3 years of experience in onboarding coordination or project management within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in milestone tracking, risk management, and dependency coordination.
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a structured, process-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience working directly with Customer Success, Technical Delivery, or Professional Services teams.
- Exposure to identity security, Active Directory, Entra ID, or cybersecurity environments.
- Experience supporting onboarding across multiple customer segments.
