Salary: $165,000–$242,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and build scalable integrations, APIs, and microservices across PeopleTech systems including HRIS, identity, and recruiting platforms.
• Develop automation workflows and intelligent process orchestration using modern integration platforms and GenAI tools.
• Create custom applications and user interfaces to enhance workflows for HR, IT, and Finance teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Security, and Engineering to deliver seamless employee lifecycle systems.
• Maintain and optimize event-driven architectures and enterprise integration patterns.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export controlled information per U.S. Government export regulations.
• 5+ years experience as Full-Stack or Integration Engineer with proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue and backend development in Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience with integration platforms (Workato, Boomi, Tray.io) and workflow orchestration tools (Camunda, Apache Airflow, Zapier).
• Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and enterprise system integrations (HRIS, ERP, CRM).
• Familiarity with GenAI tools and architectures (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Experience architecting and scaling complex integration ecosystems across multiple enterprise domains.
• Proven ability to optimize and manage high-volume, real-time integrations.
