What you will do

• Own the end-to-end development of core mobile features including company accounts, cash flows, and banking transactions.
• Drive architecture decisions and ensure high-quality, maintainable code within the Android application.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional domain team of Backend, ML/AI, QA, and Product specialists.
• Mentor fellow engineers and contribute to raising the overall engineering bar.
• Participate in product discovery to understand the impact and value of implemented features.

Requirements

• Must be based in Estonia
• Extensive experience in Android development
• Ability to act as a product-focused builder rather than just a ticket executor
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong understanding of software architecture and mobile performance
