What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions and analyze business processes to identify client needs.
• Design, build, and deliver tailored product demonstrations and scenario-based walkthroughs.
• Collaborate on RFI/RFP responses, solution scoping, estimation, and proposal development.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and define functional specifications for solution implementation.
• Work closely with delivery teams, developers, and project managers to ensure proposed solutions are feasible.
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for clients throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Must be based in Malaysia.
• Proven experience as a Functional, Solution, or Presales Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Strong understanding of D365 F&O modules, configuration, and implementation methodologies.
• Experience with presales activities including proposal development and solution estimation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Project Management certification.
