What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Mendix developers and engineers.
• Manage agile delivery activities including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Design scalable Mendix architectures and enforce best practices in security and performance.
• Own the full application lifecycle, including CI/CD and environment management.
• Design and validate integrations with APIs, SAP, and IAM systems.
• Monitor application performance and lead incident resolution efforts.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of Mendix development experience with Advanced certification.
• Proven experience leading teams as a technical or solution lead.
• Strong understanding of Mendix architecture and platform governance.
• Knowledge of integration patterns like REST/SOAP and authentication methods such as OAuth/SSO.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps and Git.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or SAP BTP.
• Front-end skills including JavaScript and SCSS.
