Salary: $165,000 to $200,000 plus annual discretionary variable remuneration

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate a hybrid low-latency / big-data global network infrastructure.
• Safeguard trading continuity by proactively detecting and resolving issues.
• Drive network performance optimization using packet-level visibility.
• Engineer advanced network observability by integrating telemetry streams into structured datasets.
• Advance production-grade network automation to reduce workload and operational risk.
• Collaborate with systems & infrastructure engineering, trading performance, trading operations, and trading desks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on network engineering experience in complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience; certifications are a plus.
• Strong foundation in routing and switching protocols.
• Experience with modern network platforms and vendor ecosystems.
• Proven troubleshooting and operational discipline.
• Solid Linux/Unix proficiency.
• Automation mindset and capability with scripting and configuration/orchestration tooling.
• Familiarity with observability and data-driven operations.
• Comfortable working with circuit providers, colocation environments, and data center standards.
