What you will do

• Define and own the product roadmap for Admin Panel and moderation tools.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning and Engineering teams to automate moderation workflows.
• Design intuitive solutions that balance platform safety with regulatory compliance.
• Monitor moderation accuracy and efficiency using data-driven insights.
• Act as the voice of internal stakeholders to translate needs into product solutions.
• Stay ahead of industry standards and emerging safety challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in Trust & Safety or moderation.
• Strong analytical mindset for risk measurement and workflow optimization.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, and Data.
• Russian (fluent) and English (C1 or higher) proficiency.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities within sensitive, high-responsibility domains.
