What you will do

  • Design and execute rigorous A/B tests and causal inference studies to evaluate product and marketing initiatives.
  • Identify high-value opportunities to improve product adoption and revenue growth through advanced predictive modeling.
  • Adopt an AI-first approach to optimize analytical standards and throughput within the Decision Science group.
  • Influence product and business strategy by translating complex data into actionable recommendations for executives.
  • Mentor and elevate the analytics community by demonstrating technical leadership and analytical rigor.

Requirements

  • PhD or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, causal inference, and experimental design.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
  • Must pass a background check and provide verification of identity and legal residential address.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, product analytics, or EdTech environments.
