What you will do

• Co-develop new features with high-impact enterprise customers using real-world constraints as a testbed.
• Plan and run short design-partner engagements to ship early versions and collect structured feedback.
• Generalize customer-specific insights into reusable, scalable, and productized capabilities.
• Curate high-quality evaluation guidelines and datasets for CSAT and outcome prediction models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical research into shippable product improvements.
• Write clear technical specifications and experiment reports detailing tradeoffs and assumptions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in building and shipping models for real-world business applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and standard data tools like SQL and experiment frameworks.
• Proven experience with NLP and LLM-based systems.
• Ability to translate ambiguous product requests into crisp evaluation metrics and hypotheses.
• Track record of direct collaboration with stakeholders to iterate on technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer experience, contact center analytics, or enterprise SaaS.
• Prior work on research systems such as anomaly detection or deep research platforms.
• Published work at major ML or NLP conferences.
