What you will do

• Build and manage lifecycle email campaigns including onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Create and optimize automated email flows based on user behavior and product events.
• Segment users and personalize communications to improve engagement metrics.
• Manage email deliverability, domain reputation, and authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Run A/B tests and analyze campaign performance such as open rates and CTR.
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to align email strategy with product goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle email marketing within B2C digital products.
• Proven track record managing high-volume campaigns handling millions of emails per month.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or Klaviyo.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability concepts including domain warming and infrastructure management.
• Expertise in setting up and maintaining SPF, DKIM, and DMARC protocols.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on improving conversion and engagement metrics.
