What you will do
- Implement and manage campaigns to optimize customer engagement
- Execute full-cycle management of automated workflows and triggers within Customer.io
- Tailor retention efforts to various customer segments to maximize Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Plan and execute targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns including Email, SMS, and Push notifications
- Track and analyze key performance indicators such as Churn rates and Retention Rates
- Monitor user behavior and ensure personalized messaging aligns with user preferences
Requirements
- 1+ year of professional experience in customer-facing or analytical roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Customer.io is mandatory
- Ability to work with data, spot trends, and make decisions based on performance metrics
- English proficiency: B2 level or higher is essential
- Proactive approach and excellent teamwork abilities
