What you will do

• Manage and coordinate incident war rooms for critical infrastructure and service alerts.
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting for application and blockchain transaction issues.
• Improve observability, monitoring, and alerting systems to optimize system reliability.
• Identify root causes for incidents and drive preventative architectural improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D and DevOps to define runbooks and automate remediation workflows.
• Communicate incident status to senior management and write post-mortem reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an SRE or incident response engineer.
• Must reside in the US Pacific Time zone.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Bash scripting.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as DataDog, Splunk, or Prometheus.
• Strong background in Linux administration and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience managing containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency engineering.
• Deep knowledge of Linux kernel optimization, nginx, and ArgoCD.
• Experience as a C++ or Node.js developer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant certifications.
