What you will do
- Act as the primary legal advisor for product teams during the design, launch, and scaling of features.
- Identify and manage legal risks associated with product functionality, distribution, and user experience.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and advise on regulatory readiness across multiple jurisdictions.
- Draft and maintain global product terms, disclosures, and customer-facing legal documentation.
- Interpret global regulatory developments in custody, payments, and stablecoins to provide actionable business guidance.
- Collaborate with compliance, risk, and commercial teams to balance business growth with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in digital asset regulations, financial services law, and custody frameworks.
- Proven ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with product, engineering, and senior leadership teams.
