Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote).

What you will do

• Analyze and clarify complex business and functional requirements to define scope and quality expectations.
• Design, execute, and maintain test scenarios aligned with investment management business needs.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to communicate testing approaches, progress, and outcomes.
• Document and present test results, defects, and quality risks to ensure transparency.
• Support incident and defect management to enable timely resolution and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software testing or a comparable background.
• Strong financial knowledge in investment banking and accounting.
• Practical coding experience (C# preferred; Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell welcome).
• Hands-on experience working within Agile methodology.
• Fluency in English (min. B2+ or C1).
• Experience with version control systems like Git or Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

• Experience in creating test automation scripts and scenarios.
• Domain knowledge in Front Office, Back Office, or Financial Transaction Workflows.
• Educational background in STEM or Finance.
