What you will do

• Design and operationalize causal-uplift measurement frameworks to quantify the impact of pricing models.
• Translate complex, multidimensional data into actionable insights for pricing algorithms.
• Conduct research and experimentation to develop novel approaches for A/B testing and uplift measurement.
• Collaborate with revenue managers, data analysts, and engineers to integrate business logic into modeling pipelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data science and analytics with a proven record of driving business impact.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit, statsmodels).
• Advanced SQL skills (BigQuery/Dataform experience is preferred).
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in airlines, transportation, logistics, or vacations.
• Experience with causal inference, anomaly detection, or pricing algorithms.
• Understanding of mathematical optimization.
• PhD degree.
