TL;DR
Global Enterprise Account Director (HR Tech): Driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships within global enterprise accounts by scaling coaching solutions across large organizations with an accent on stakeholder management and complex deal execution. Focus on developing account strategy, unlocking incremental revenue opportunities, and acting as a brand ambassador for enterprise clients.
Location: Hybrid (must be based in or able to commute to London, UK, 3 days/week)

What you will do
- Lead growth strategies for a dedicated portfolio of global and enterprise-level accounts.
- Drive complex sales deals and unlock incremental revenue opportunities through strategic planning.
- Network and build strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders at client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Marketing, Customer Success, and Impact Labs to align on client goals.
- Partner with Adecco Group brands globally to identify and execute cross-selling opportunities.
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador, leading high-impact presentations and events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise or global account leadership roles.
- 10+ years of total experience in business development with a proven track record.
- Background in HR consulting, leadership development, or the L&D space.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills for senior client stakeholders.
- Must be able to work on-site 3 days per week in London, UK.
