What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for key product partnerships and initiatives.
• Manage operational approval and consensus flows in collaboration with the COO.
• Analyze business and market data to inform product strategy across trading and business development.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure the successful delivery of new product features.
• Engage directly with external users and exchange partners to gather feedback and drive adoption.
• Work flexibly across various time zones to support global business operations.

Requirements

• Proven track record in product management with clear success metrics.
• Strong background in offshore digital asset exchange derivatives, risk engines, and product suites.
• Experience in sourcing, cleaning, and transforming data to communicate actionable business insights.
• Ability to work cross-functionally without relying on strict hierarchy or processes.
• Strong communication skills tailored to various internal and external stakeholders.
• Existing relationships with diverse exchange user profiles and empathy for their workflows.
