What you will do

• Develop and maintain frameworks to abstract deployment and orchestration of complex forecasting workflows.
• Integrate data and compute infrastructure to optimize platform performance and resource utilization.
• Implement automated testing, monitoring, and observability for ML models in production.
• Manage model registry and experiment tracking tools.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate complex requirements into scalable, validated engineering solutions.
• Partner with product and delivery teams to provide external customers with secure, performant access to platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Python software development.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and modern data infrastructure.
• Experience with orchestration and deployment tools such as Kubernetes, Argo, Docker, and CI/CD frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries including PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and XGBoost.
• Knowledge of observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Honeycomb.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside within the US.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in computer science or machine learning.
• Experience with time series forecasting or operationalizing models in energy markets.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Spark, or Dagster.
