What you will do

• Design and implement a comprehensive customer data model spanning contracts, subscriptions, and usage metrics.
• Build robust ETL/ELT pipelines to create a unified single view of the customer across commercial touchpoints.
• Architect data schemas supporting both transactional CRM systems and analytical GenAI/ML workloads.
• Define data governance standards, lineage, entity-relationship diagrams, and quality frameworks.
• Develop object-oriented data structures for CRM and billing systems to enable business intelligence.
• Create automation-friendly data structures for renewal and expansion pipeline generation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, United Kingdom.
• Expert proficiency in Python with 5+ years of commercial experience.
• Experience building resilient distributed data architectures.
• Strong background in architecting B2B SaaS data models and customer lifecycle metrics.
• Ability to interpret complex business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and promoting team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with GenAI retrieval patterns and vector databases.
• Prior work with subscription or usage-based business models.
