What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, distributed machine learning systems and services.
• Collaborate with applied scientists to influence and define technical strategy for agentic AI components.
• Drive system architecture decisions and establish best practices for code quality and testing.
• Coach and develop junior engineers through code reviews and mentorship.
• Ensure system reliability, fault tolerance, and performance in a high-traffic production environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in system design or architecture, including reliability and scaling.
• Experience with Java, C++, C#, or Perl.
• Strong background in Object-Oriented Design and distributed systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience working with machine learning systems.
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle (SDLC) experience.
