What you will do

• Drive full-stack development for the Coding Agent in Python, TypeScript, or C#.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of your code.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address them.
• Plan, design, develop, and test software systems and applications end-to-end.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and a culture of engineering excellence.
• Work closely with small, nimble, cross-functional product and marketing teams to ship the platform.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a software engineering role using one or more high-level programming languages (C#, C, C++, Java, Python, Rust, etc.).
• A solid grasp of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.
• The ability to rapidly translate functional and UX requirements into working, production-ready software.
• Familiarity with multithreading, synchronization, asynchronous programming, and test frameworks.
• Knowledge of core data structures (list, vector, stack, heap), fundamental algorithms (sort, search, etc.), and their time/memory complexity trade-offs.
• Cloud services experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.

Nice to have

• Prior experience shipping software on an AI/LLM-powered product, along with hands-on Python experience.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and context management for agentic workflows
