What you will do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric language solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement LLM and NLP opportunities in AdTech.
  • Develop and deploy language models to address real-world challenges and enhance user-facing applications.
  • Engage in rapid prototyping and production deployment to drive immediate business impact.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
  • Continuously explore and apply emerging advancements in AI and NLP technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • English: C1 level required.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) for production applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
  • Production experience with cloud-based AI services and platforms.
  • Track record of applying AI solutions for business impact, preferably in AdTech.

Nice to have

  • Experience in AdTech-specific AI implementations.
  • Active contribution to engineering communities.
  • Interest in continuous learning and obtaining professional certifications.
