What you will do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns across native and display channels.
  • Own and scale campaigns on Taboola and other native/content discovery platforms.
  • Lead creative testing initiatives, developing structured frameworks to test hooks, formats, and messaging at scale.
  • Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement across the funnel.
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to test and iterate on ad content.
  • Identify new inventory sources and audience opportunities to expand reach.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns, Taboola experience is a must.
  • Experience with platforms like NewsBreak, Outbrain, Revcontent, or similar native/content discovery sources is a strong plus.
  • Extensive experience with creative testing: A/B testing, multivariate testing, and creative performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance reporting and optimization.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively and hit CPA/ROAS targets.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
