What you will do
- Scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and TikTok to drive growth.
- Improve key performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, and ROMI.
- Develop and manage campaign structures and creative frameworks.
- Conduct structured A/B testing and performance analysis across the full funnel.
- Partner with creative, product, and analytics teams to identify bottlenecks and growth levers.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Proven track record managing and scaling $1M+ monthly budgets.
- Ability to work within the CET time zone (±4 hours).
- Strong analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
Nice to have
- Experience with subscription-based web products.
- Deep understanding of attribution models and platform nuances like iOS 14+.
