What you will do

  • Scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and TikTok to drive growth.
  • Improve key performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, and ROMI.
  • Develop and manage campaign structures and creative frameworks.
  • Conduct structured A/B testing and performance analysis across the full funnel.
  • Partner with creative, product, and analytics teams to identify bottlenecks and growth levers.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Proven track record managing and scaling $1M+ monthly budgets.
  • Ability to work within the CET time zone (±4 hours).
  • Strong analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have

  • Experience with subscription-based web products.
  • Deep understanding of attribution models and platform nuances like iOS 14+.
