Salary: $127,100 - $226,000

What you will do

• Support architecture and low-level hardware questions and issues.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support via email, phone, and customer visits.
• Analyze customer architecture and requirements.
• Debug complicated hardware and software issues and problems.
• Perform board debugging and bring up.
• Conduct schematic and layout design reviews.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or post-graduate degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 8+ years in relevant fields with a strong track record of success.
• Strong working knowledge of multi-gig copper phy, MII, and SerDes.
• Practical knowledge of C, C++, Python, & Visual Basic.
• Hardware, high-speed SerDes, or system (board) experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ethernet system and standard.
• Experience with PCIE interface devices.
• Experience with Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) and MACsec.
• Architecture, programming, or support of complex System on a Chip devices.
• Experience with high-speed Signal Integrity issues.
• Experience using Ethernet traffic generator, High-speed scope, Jitter Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, and Network Analyzer.
• Fluency in foreign languages.
