• Provide timely assistance and support to customers and their clients.
• Troubleshoot basic issues related to the hirify.global platform.
• Help shops and barbers succeed using the hirify.global platform.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Support hirify.global’s global customer base.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to work shifts between Monday - Friday, 7:00 am EST – 9:00 pm EST.
