What you will do
- Analyze and resolve customer technical issues related to system inoperability or accessibility.
- Track and manage customer-reported problems using formal ticketing procedures.
- Collaborate with internal resources and second-level support groups for timely ticket resolution.
- Ensure follow-up on customer requests according to established severity guidelines and deadlines.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Sales, Marketing, and Product Support departments to ensure satisfaction.
- Complete administrative tasks including time reporting and internal documentation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in communication or business preferred.
- Ability to work in a multiple shift environment covering 24/7/365, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, etc.) is preferred.
