What you will do

• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to define requirements and architect technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and highly optimized code to support core infrastructure systems, tooling, and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Lead code reviews, providing actionable feedback to enhance high coding standards across the team.
• Take ownership of your projects and thrive in an environment where ideas are openly shared, discussed, and challenged.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with Java/Scala, or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, streaming architectures, data structures, and design principles.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable systems, libraries and SDKs.

Nice to have

• Extensive experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Deep understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and RESTful API.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and build automation tools.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team growth.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning.
