What you will do

• Build and deliver secure, high-quality features for the hirify.global Elements platform using Rust.
• Contribute to architectural direction while maintaining hands-on development.
• Design and implement solutions for complex, large-scale technical challenges.
• Elevate engineering standards through expert code reviews and mentorship.
• Collaborate with product, security, and infrastructure teams in an iterative environment.
• Identify and drive critical improvements in product quality, security, and performance.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work from Dublin, Ireland.
• Strong backend development skills with deep Rust expertise.
• Solid experience in TypeScript/Node.js.
• Expertise in cloud computing (AWS) and cloud-native environments.
• Track record in developing distributed systems using modern design patterns.
• Proficiency in technical documentation (C4 Model, ADRs) and clear communication.
