Location: Permanent work from home, Eastern Time (Miami, FL)

What you will do

  • Design, build, and optimize sales funnels within Kajabi.
  • Manage the technical setup and launch of digital products and online courses.
  • Monitor and analyze funnel performance to improve conversion rates.
  • Act as the primary expert for the tech stack, ensuring seamless integration of Kajabi, Asana, Notion, and Google Workspace.
  • Produce marketing and course assets using Canva and Google Slides.
  • Manage administrative tasks for clients and assist with customer service inquiries.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably with coaches, consultants, trainers, or educators.
  • Expert-level Kajabi skills, particularly in managing offers and automations, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong SEO skills with a proven track record and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Extensive experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Tech Stack Fluency: Asana, Notion, Canva, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive.
  • At least 300 MBPS internet speed.
