Associate Product Manager

What you will do

• Generate new hypotheses and prioritize them based on Market and User Research.
• Manage full-cycle validation of product hypotheses: Design, Development, Testing, Analytics.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results.
• Take responsibility for the growth of key product metrics: Approval Rates, Conversions, LTV, ROI.
• Cooperate with other teams outside of development: Operations, Analytics, Finance, Marketing.
• Understand the full user journey and find optimal levers of influence to achieve goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role (IT domain).
• Understanding of product hypotheses, how to form and prioritize them.
• Good knowledge of basic product metrics and their relationships, ability to calculate Unit economics.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive research and analysis of competitors, markets, monetization models, etc.
• Ability to conduct A/B testing and skills in using dashboards.
• Ability to clearly and structured present information both in tasks and in everyday communication.
• English: Intermediate (B2) or higher.
