What you will do

• Own product areas end-to-end: problem discovery, solution, delivery, and outcome.
• Drive the product development plan, balancing quick wins and long-term bets.
• Improve key product metrics (activation, engagement, LTV) through experiments and iteration.
• Translate user needs and insights into clear product goals and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Content to achieve business impact.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working as a Product Manager on a B2C product.
• Ability to break down vague visions into a series of testable, measurable hypotheses.
• Understanding of user behavior you’re aiming to change and its impact on key metrics like LTV, activation, or retention before shipping.
• Outcome-driven approach, ensuring features move a metric or have a clear hypothesis.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with speed, ambiguity, and responsibility.
