What you will do

• Manage individual work streams to support the delivery and implementation of bespoke AI tools.
• Partner with education stakeholders to translate critical mission challenges into actionable requirements.
• Convert complex operational needs into clear user stories for engineering and delivery teams.
• Conduct open-source research to support the development of cutting-edge AI capabilities.
• Design and test workflows to ensure solutions optimize user-centric decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to maintain project alignment and quality.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for and willing to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC).
• Strong understanding of UK or international education policy and technology.
• Demonstrable experience in client-facing roles building trusted relationships.
• Proven ability to work effectively with technical and engineering teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and iterative development cycles.
• Proactive problem-solving skills in ambiguous and high-stakes environments.
