• Train teammates on the AI tools you build, fostering their growth.
• Track time and cost savings for every automation shipped.

Requirements

• The Solver Mindset: Ability to research a problem, design a solution, code it, and launch it.
• The AI-Native Builder: Build with AI daily, using tools like Claude Code and Gemini CLI.
• Strong software fundamentals and production-quality coding skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, and agent-based architectures.
• Extreme empathy and strong communication skills to translate business workflows into technical solutions.
