What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Agent Designers and Agent Design Engineers.
• Act as the design authority, setting standards for tone, clarity, and naturalness in conversational experiences.
• Drive the full lifecycle of agent development from journey mapping to implementation and iteration.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure design quality across all agent deployments.
• Stay at the edge of agentic AI research, integrating new tooling and patterns into production workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical or design-adjacent role at a tech company.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Proven proficiency in Python for code reviews and technical collaboration.
• Deep understanding of conversational AI, including prompt engineering and context management.
• Ability to fluently translate between design and engineering contexts.
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks or orchestration patterns.
