What you will do

• Audit real workflows to identify opportunities for automation.
• Build default, pre-configured AI setups for department teammates.
• Deploy initial AI-powered automations using hirify.global's standard stack.
• Train department teammates on the tools you build.
• Track the time and cost savings for every automation shipped.

Requirements

• You can research a problem, design a solution, code it, and launch it.
• You build with AI daily and are fluent in modern AI coding environments and autonomous agents.
• Produce production-quality code.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, and agent-based architectures.
• Strong empathy and communication skills to translate business workflows into technical solutions.
• Self-direction to find, scope, build, and prove the value of your work.
