Salary: $99,750 to $133,000 annually + 14% Target Incentives

What you will do

• Manage the Microsoft Security Services portfolio, serving as the primary representative to all stakeholders.
• Lead the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for Microsoft Security Services.
• Gather and analyze KPIs and customer experience metrics, taking corrective action as needed.
• Participate in integrated sales and marketing campaigns to drive market adoption of services.
• Engage with Microsoft to gain feedback and support to improve services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of prior product management experience, driving and executing on strategy / 8+ years of other experience that includes marketing and / or business leadership equivalence.
• Experience in product management or marketing, preferably in support of professional or managed services.
• Expertise in Microsoft Security or Cybersecurity Solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft and global partners.
• Up to 25% travel may be required.

• Experience with lean, agile, and design thinking.
• Ability to conduct and gather market research that uncovers customers’ unmet needs.
