What you will do
- Resolve help-desk tickets as the first point of contact for customers and end-users.
- Consult with clients regarding product implementation, configuration, and environment-specific troubleshooting.
- Test and configure products to meet unique customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the Product and R&D teams to provide feedback on issues, trends, and new feature ideas.
- Document technical issues and present technical walkthroughs to customers.
Requirements
- Must be located in or able to work from Cape Town, South Africa.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or related support position.
- Familiarity with standard concepts and procedures in the IT Security field.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Nice to have
- Two-year degree.
- Knowledge of firewall and email protocols.
