Location: Must be based in or able to work from the office in Mbombela, Mpumalanga

What you will do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to reactivate lapsed customers and communicate new promotions.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and explain loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and outcomes within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with management by providing feedback to optimize sales scripts and internal processes.
  • Work flexible shift patterns, including evenings and Saturdays, to reach customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing within iGaming, sports-book, betting, finance, or telecommunications.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding challenging sales targets.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts, including extended hours and Saturdays.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills with English proficiency required.
  • Resilient, results-driven mindset capable of thriving in a competitive environment.
