What you will do

• Manage concurrent high-impact projects through the full lifecycle to deliver program goals.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination across product, marketing, design, and engineering teams.
• Enhance message templates and digital notifications to improve engagement and clarity.
• Map end-to-end member journeys to identify optimization opportunities across business lines.
• Develop and track success metrics, including message delivery rates and template performance.
• Maintain program roadmaps, budgets, and resource plans using JIRA.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional project management experience in complex environments.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis and engagement performance measurement.
• 5+ years of experience in digital messaging strategy, personalization, and journey mapping.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with JIRA for workflow management and Agile execution.
• Must be able to work onsite in San Antonio, TX.
