Salary: $80/hr (approx. $12,800/month)

What you will do

• Define target architectures, reference designs, and technical roadmaps.
• Design and deliver scalable backend systems and API-driven microservices.
• Develop LLM-powered solutions and agent-based workflows using LangChain and Vertex AI.
• Lead architecture reviews and drive cross-domain system integration.
• Implement observability, reliability, security, and compliance best practices.
• Own the full SDLC from design through development, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise-scale environments
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java
• Experience building APIs and distributed systems
• Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift containerized environments
• Strong background in system design and architecture
• Ability to work independently on complex, ambiguous problems

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and LLMs like GPT or Gemini
• Exposure to observability tools like Prometheus or OpenTelemetry
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries
