What you will do

• Design and deploy production-scale AI/ML models on complex onchain datasets.
• Engineer and maintain data pipelines for model training and serving.
• Develop agent architectures and implement advanced prompt and context engineering.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship features directly to users.
• Mentor junior engineers and champion high-quality code and system standards.
• Drive end-to-end ownership from initial data exploration to live deployment.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping AI/ML models in production.
• Deep expertise in Python, LLMs, and agent architectures.
• Proficiency in feature engineering, model serving, and the full data stack.
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM frameworks.
• Work visa sponsorship is not provided for this role.

Nice to have

• Professional experience or deep knowledge of onchain data and crypto protocols.
• Strong background in data engineering.
