What you will do

• Create and deliver CRM and workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex and J2EE technologies.
• Lead application design, development, and support throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Define system landscapes, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and architect CRM solutions.
• Design and document system architectures using UML and best-practice methodologies.
• Ensure system performance and quality by implementing rigorous testing and monitoring processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
• Must be willing to travel 35-50%.
• 5+ years of direct experience in developing and implementing CRM applications.
• 3-5 years of developing customizations for Salesforce using the CRM SDK.
• Proven experience in full life-cycle development within an enterprise environment.

Nice to have

• Working experience with SAP enterprise software systems.
• Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) tools.
• Experience with additional integration tools and frameworks.
