What you will do

• Execute declarative Salesforce application configuration and develop native products on the force.com platform.
• Create unique customer-based solutions using Apex and Visualforce technologies.
• Lead and mentor junior Salesforce developers throughout the application development lifecycle.
• Interact directly with clients, consultants, and architects to ensure project success.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining technical design standards.
• Participate in end-to-end development, from technical requirements gathering to deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4-5 years of Apex development experience, ideally in a consulting environment.
• Strong development experience with Apex and Visualforce.
• Technical proficiency in JSP/ASP, Java, and HTML.
• Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
