What you will do

• Own marketing test cycles end-to-end using Python-based measurement frameworks.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools to surface business insights and visibility into marketing performance.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on monetization, attribution, and data integrity.
• Collaborate on data infrastructure projects and org-wide migrations.
• Provide analytical support for budget allocation, KPI forecasting, and advanced statistical modeling.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in quantitative analysis within a marketing or growth environment.
• Strong SQL proficiency with experience in relational databases such as BigQuery or Redshift.
• Expertise in Python and visualization tools like Looker or Redash.
• Solid foundation in statistical methods for hypothesis testing and inference.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred.
