What you will do

• Conduct exploratory data analysis across conversational, operational, and performance datasets.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments to measure the impact of the platform.
• Build and maintain dashboards for Customer Success, Business Value, and Sales teams.
• Develop Python and SQL tools to improve the repeatability, accuracy, and scalability of analytics.
• Create custom statistical or ML models, including segmentation, predictive scoring, and lightweight NLP.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive business narratives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 1–3 years of experience in a data-focused role or relevant academic experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
• Experience building dashboards in tools like Hex, Looker, or Tableau.

Nice to have

• Experience with conversational data or text analytics.
• Familiarity with causal inference or uplift modeling.
• Experience with cloud data stacks like Snowflake or Redshift.
• Basic knowledge of NLP or classification for agent behavior.
