What you will do

• Partner with customers to identify problems and design meaningful ML-driven product solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML models focusing on scalability and maintainability.
• Drive architectural decisions for the data stack to ensure high performance and cost efficiency.
• Instrument models with observability metrics including latency, throughput, and prediction drift.
• Shape product direction by balancing machine learning innovation with pragmatic software approaches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the full ML lifecycle including feature engineering, model serving, and monitoring.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with distributed data processing frameworks such as Spark, PySpark, or Flink.
• Hands-on experience with streaming data infrastructure like Kafka or Kinesis.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with cloud environments like AWS and containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
